Viewing and editing transmittal properties

When you create a transmittal, it is given several sets of empty properties, some of which you can complete at a later time and some of which are used by Transmittal Management Module to manage the transmittal and any of its transmissions. These properties are separate from any custom properties that a system administrator may have assigned to the template from which the transmittal was created and that were filled in when the transmittal was created.

To view and edit a transmittal’s properties:

1. Select the transmittal that you want to view.
2. Click Document, point to Transmittal Management, and then click View Transmittal. The Transmittal dialog box appears.
3. Click the Transmittal Properties button in the toolbar. The property pages of the transmittal appear.
4. View and edit the properties using the descriptions of each property listed in the following tables.
5. Click OK when finished editing the transmittal to save your changes.
